Best Western Pocatello Inn, Pocatello

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms gave me a good clean and fancy feeling, but they felt a bit cramped and not as spacious as shown in the online pictures. The service was courteous and helpful overall, although being woken up by early departures at 6 am was a downside. The location, while providing many food options, felt small compared to the rest of the room. The dining was adequate but not exceptional. Despite these drawbacks, the in-house lounge was a nice touch.

The hotel offers clean and welcoming rooms but lacks a certain feature. The staff, with few exceptions, are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is decent, although the space may seem a bit crowded. The dining experience is okay, yet there are some areas that could be improved. Overall, the hotel is a good option with elements worth considering.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were nice and modern, but some were old and in disrepair; I personally experienced this in room 387 in the executive wing. The initial cleanliness was lacking, and noise from the room above was bothersome. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable.

Upon arrival at 7:45 PM, the room was not ready for check-in, and the music was blaring, but the overall experience was excellent although different from the online pictures. The service, although peaceful, was initially unhelpful but later made up for it with a layout makeover and apologies for a rude front desk representative. The location was convenient off the interstate despite being on the opposite side of the hotel and having a tiny alcove with a non-functional faucet. The dining experience was average with some variety, and the hotel facilities were acceptable.
